Everything below is answered by one person, usually within two business days. There is no ticket system and no bot — write in plain words and say which app and which device, and that is genuinely enough.
If you have paid for an unlock and it is not showing — after reinstalling, or on a new device, or after signing into a different Apple Account — you do not need to pay again.
Still missing? Email us with the approximate purchase date and we will sort it out. We can look up whether a purchase exists, though refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
The three things that make a bug fixable, in order of usefulness:
A screenshot beats a description of a screenshot. If something crashed, say roughly when — crash reports reach us through Apple only if you have opted into sharing them, so your description may be all there is.
Our apps collect nothing from your device: no analytics, no identifiers, no crash reporting of our own. That means there is no account to recover and nothing for us to look up about how you played. Progress is stored on your device, so deleting an app deletes its progress with it — a purchase, though, is held by Apple and restores as above.
The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Very welcome, and read by the person who would build them. No promises about what gets made, but nothing gets thrown away either.
